New Zealand Golf

Nieuw-Zeeland is a beautiful and varried country, because of the different climates, difference in elevation, vulcanic activity, and the diversity of people. But it’s also a great country to play golf.

Every small self-repecting little village has its own golf course. Probably due to its history with the UK, just like Canada for example (click Canada Golf for more information about playing golf in Canada).

There are some stunning courses on the northern island, such as the world famous Kauri Cliffs and the Wairakei Golf Course, who are mentioned in the top 100 golf courses outside the US.

But on the South Island you can play some great golf as well, especially around the area of Christchurch and Queenstown, there are some excellent courses to be found.

The beauty of it is, that you can join some clubs temporarily for a small fee, and you can get a great discounts on some of the more exclusive courses.
